Harbour’s Edge featured in Design Decisions

The first phase of a major repositioning for Harbour’s Edge in Delray Beach, Florida, was recently featured in McKnights Long-Term Care News. The new skilled care and rehab spaces were included in their Design Decisions section which is noted for its Lessons Learned sidebar. In the case of Harbour’s Edge, c.c. hodgson architectural group identified three points:
- Properties built in the 1980s are prime candidates for renovation and refurbishment.
- A master plan can provide guidance and discipline.
- Construction in occupied buildings requires diligent logistics coordination.
