We love what we do. Our passion is architecture and design. Sure there are tight deadlines and clients who demand excellence. But when you enjoy what you do, you welcome the challenge because the reward is personal.
We thrive on collaboration. Look around our office — a team in robust conversation, an architect guiding an intern through the IDP process, a spontaneous charrette. Our culture is grounded in a dynamic exchange of ideas.
We are committed to the communities we serve. Whether it’s building a bird house at Stan Hywet, supporting the Cleveland Playhouse during the Festival of Trees, or families enjoying the creative pulse of Dancing Wheels’ exciting integrated dance group and school, we are more than just our work, we’re a part of the dynamic of our community.
We’re dedicated to the advancement of our profession. We have a responsibility to advance this field. We believe in supporting local and national AIA initiatives, as well as the industries and markets in which we work. We are committed to innovative design that exceeds our client expectations.
Our variety of mixed-use work nationally includes campus-oriented communities, both new and repositioned, with commercial and hospitality features, specialty healthcare with wellness amenities and luxury spas — and the full range of living venues, including high and mid-rise urban living, blended environments tied to college campuses — and yes, the full continuum of care for which we’re known.
Our clients are recognized industry leaders with a diversity of challenging and unique projects.
