Waterford Place

Waterford Place, the second project for Sunset Retirement Communities and Services, was designed to reflect the quality reputation, attention to design, and complement of services and amenities expected from a Sunset Community. Waterford Place was master planned to be constructed in two phases and includes 288 independent apartments and 48 assisted living units, a community building with gathering spaces and a cafe, a two-level parking garage for 152 cars, an aquatic and fitness center, and a designated chapel space.
