As one of the leading providers of health services in South Florida, Miami Jewish Health Systems (MJHS) offers community-based, residential, and on-campus medical programs and services. Its continuum of care includes a geriatric hospital, biofeedback center, memory care, rehabilitation services, hospice care, as well as a continuing care retirement community. With two campus, the master plan strategy focused on a De-Construction process to reallocate services and programs and create a Re-Construction Master Plan that reflects the current and future needs at their main Miami-Dade County campus.

Following an empathetic design approach, a village setting is being created for the first-phase memory care which incorporates garden spaces, a town square, café, spa, and common house. The village is designed to address the needs of residents by giving them the freedom to move around on their while engaging in activities like theater and art.
