Inspired by the nearby Village of Granville, this new Life Plan Community introduces a village ambiance at the entrance with a divided boulevard winding to a Main Street and central plaza on the 130-acre site. Designed as a pedestrian-friendly village to encourage walking, the Main Street is lined by both apartments and cottages leading to the Community Center with a café that spills onto the street.
Additional cottages are sited so that residents have stunning vistas of farmland, woodlands and streams, with the steeple of a local chapel on the horizon. Walking paths extend from each residence to the community center and beyond to over 40 acres of undeveloped land featuring pathways along the stream, through open fields, and into the woods.
